Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and include its original packaging where possible.

Items damaged through misuse, or sent back without first contacting us, may not qualify. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

1. Email support@heimdepot.store with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. Wait for confirmation that the return is eligible.
3. We will email a prepaid return label and instructions.
4. Pack the item securely and use the provided label.

Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection.

Your payment provider may need several additional business days to show the funds. Eligible exchanges are available subject to stock.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no cost where the item is damaged or incorrect.
