Heimdepot operates as a UK sole trader and is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout.

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and availability may change.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects the order, we may cancel it and issue a refund.

Prices are in GBP. Delivery is free for UK orders. Payments are processed by Stripe; Heimdepot does not store complete card details.

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch for most UK destinations, or 7–9 business days for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support before sending an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid label.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather or technical failure. We will take reasonable steps to help resolve any problem.
