We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free for every order; no shipping charge is added at checkout.

• England, Scotland and Wales: free delivery.
• Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands: free delivery with a longer estimate.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM London time begin processing on the next working day.

• Most UK destinations: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands: 7–9 business days after dispatch.
• Weekends and UK public holidays are not business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We email tracking information after dispatch when it is available. Orders may be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, selected according to destination and parcel size.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

Severe weather, public holidays and courier disruption may extend delivery times. If tracking has not moved for two working days, contact us with your order number.

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photograph of the item and packaging.
