How your order is prepared

Each item is checked against your order, wrapped in tissue and protected with recyclable inserts before being boxed. Fragile ceramics, glass and stone are double-boxed. We do not include prices or invoices inside the parcel, so every order can be sent directly as a gift.

Delivery updates

You will receive an order confirmation immediately, a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel is collected, and carrier notifications on the day of delivery. Most carriers offer a one-hour delivery window and the option to leave the parcel in a safe place.

If you miss your delivery

Carriers will normally attempt delivery again the next business day, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or take it to a local collection point. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to reschedule at a time that suits you.

Larger and heavier pieces

Stone and marble items such as travertine bowls and marble bookends are heavier than they look. These are sent via DPD on a signature service, so please make sure someone can accept the parcel or nominate a safe place in advance.

Packaging and recycling

Our boxes, paper wrap and void fill are recyclable through household kerbside collections. Where protective film is unavoidable we use the thinnest option that keeps your piece safe in transit.
