Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to the address supplied.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store card details. If an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel without charge.

Product descriptions and images

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and weights. Screen calibration means colours may appear slightly different in person, and natural materials such as stone, marble and hand-glazed ceramic vary between pieces.

Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days as set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund, and you may return items within 14 days of delivery under our returns and refunds policy. Free prepaid return labels are provided for all UK returns.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses, and nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use of this website

Intellectual property

All site content, including photography, product descriptions, guides and the Heimdepot name and logo, belongs to Heimdepot or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Complaints and governing law

Please contact us first so that we can put things right; we acknowledge every complaint within one business day. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
