Delivery, returns & warranty

Shipping information

Delivery is free to all United Kingdom addresses. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Europe/London) on a business day enter preparation the same day. Preparation takes 1–3 business days and transit a further 2–5 business days, giving an estimated delivery of 3–8 business days. Returns information

If this piece is not right for your room, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returns are free: we email a prepaid label, and once the item has been inspected your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
